Coverage: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, and other EU countries.

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days via DHL, DPD, GLS, or regional postal services.

Local Fulfillment: Dispatched directly from regional fulfillment centers within the European Union for fast, reliable local ground delivery.

UK WAREHOUSE

Coverage: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

Local Fulfillment: Domestic UK fulfillment with direct parcel tracking from dispatch to delivery.

USA WAREHOUSE

Coverage: Continental United States (lower 48 states).

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS.

Local Fulfillment: Dispatched locally from our US fulfillment hub with prompt domestic transit and tracking updates.

CANADA WAREHOUSE

Coverage: Canada nationwide (Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, etc.).

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days via Canada Post or local domestic couriers.

Local Fulfillment: Local Canadian fulfillment ensuring prompt dispatch and safe door-to-door delivery.

JAPAN WAREHOUSE

Coverage: Nationwide across Japan.

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days via Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post.

Local Fulfillment: Domestic Japanese carrier handling with detailed door-to-door tracking.

CHINA FACTORY WAREHOUSE (Global Dispatch)

Coverage: Worldwide destinations not covered by regional hubs (including Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East, and South America).

Delivery Time: 10–25 business days via specialized battery air express shipping.

Highlights: Direct from the DXF manufacturing center with full access to our complete product catalog and custom configurations.

📌 Important Guidelines for Selecting Your Warehouse

1. Match Warehouse to Your Shipping Country: When adding items to your cart, please select the warehouse corresponding to your delivery destination. Overseas warehouses only fulfill orders within their designated regions.

2. Local Stock Out-of-Stock Alternative: If a specific battery model is currently out of stock in your local regional warehouse, you can select China Factory Warehouse to have it shipped internationally direct from our central manufacturing stock.

3. Order Processing & Tracking: All orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Tracking details will be emailed automatically as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier.

4. LiPo Battery Safety Compliance: Batteries are strictly packed and transported in compliance with UN38.3 transport standards to ensure absolute safety during transit.
